i am unable to acces software after installetion in outer network

HI team i am a old user of kaldin currently i setup the software in our server .

 

it is not acces out of network by public ip .

 

is it only devloped for internal network ?

Thank you for escalating your problem. Could you please provide us with more details like you're Platform, Java version, MySQL version and Kaldin version and also logs from catalina.out, it will be greatly helpful to provide proper solution.
 
Also please make sure that tomcat port is excluded from firewall rules.

We have made necessary changes which will now allow one to access Kaldin with IP address. We have emailed you patch for this issue to support@parthinfosystems.commail holds the details.
Our upcoming kaldin release will include this change.
 
Try out this solution and if you still face the problem please escalate it to us.
